0. PlanetZero Rules and Terms Of Use

By using planetzero.me services and especially by the creation of a planetzero.me member account you accept the following Terms of Use:


1. General Rules

1.1) You must be 18 years and older to use this site.
1.2) You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
1.3) You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
1.4) You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other planetzero.me users.
1.5) You may not use planetzero.me services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
1.6) You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content”) that you submit, post, and display on planetzero.me service.
1.7) planetzero.me is intended for personal use only.
1.8) You must not modify, adapt or hack planetzero.me or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with planetzero.me.
1.9) You must not create or submit unwanted email (Spam) to any planetzero members - accounts created with the primary intention to promote a product or service. In case of a considered Spam, the planetzero.me account will be closed.
1.9) You must not create, submit or link any sexually explicit material, racist content or content glorifying violence.
1.10) You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
1.11) You must not reengineer or use any 3rd party tools or scripts to access planetzero in an undesired way.
1.12) You must not violate any laws in the applicable jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
1.13) You must not use any contacts, data or profile information of planetzer in an unintended way without a written and valid authorization of the administration team.
1.14) You must not use your account in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair planetzero.me service.
1.15) You may not create multiple accounts.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your account. While we prohibit such conduct and content, you understand and agree that planetzero, cannot be responsible for the Content posted and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the service at your own risk.

#2 Seeding Guide

2.1) YOU MUST SEED FOR 24 HOURS AFTER THE TORRENT COMPLETES DOWNLOADING...YOU HAVE A PERIOD OF 3 DAYS (72 HOURS IN WHICH TO ACHIEVE THIS) OR TO A RATIO OF 1:1 WHICH EVER COMES FIRST

2.2) Only download a file if you intend to seed to the site's requirements which are 24 hours OR TO A RATIO OF 1:1  which ever comes first.

2.3) Hit n Runners' will get instant download disablement, and will have to pm a staff member to get download permissions back.

#3. Conditions

3.1) We reserve the right to modify or terminate our service for any reason, without notice at any time.
3.2) We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via planetzero internal messaging service or via internet mail. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
3.3) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3.4) We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
3.5) The service makes it possible to post content hosted on planetzero.me to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!).
3.6) Your account will also be terminated if it is used in a way the planetzero.me administration team regards as intentional abuse - e.g. the creation of misleading or iniquitous contents.

#4. Copyright

4.1) You assert that you have read, agreed to and will follow planetzero copyright policy.
4.2) You will not produce copyright infringements by acting responsible and respect the intellectual property of others.
4.3) You will not support copyright infringements by spreading the links or not reporting to planetzero.me administration team when getting knowledge of a possible problem.
4.4) You assert that you will recheck our policies when getting notice of changes or not later than six months since your last check.


#5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Planetzero disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of our services.
planetzero.me services are provided with no warranties whatsoever. the administration team! expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. planetzero disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the website.
You understand and agree that you download and/or use planetzero services at you own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or use of planetzero.me services.

Please remember that:

PlanetZero Promotes and Stimulates Free Information Exchange between people, without Limitations of Country, Age, Gender, Civil State, Race, Religion, etc.

PlanetZero Does Not directly earn money when a User Submits or Downloads a Torrent

Service is Subject to the Application of ALL Normative about Information.

Transmission and Publication. Particularly, the User Agrees that:

It is Strictly Prohibited to use the Service in order to Exchange Child Pornographic Material (or) other harmful material(s) offenders will be reported.

It is Strictly Prohibited to use the Service in order to Exchange Copyrighted Material without a Distribution License.

It is Strictly Prohibited to use the Service in order to Exchange Material that is Dangerous to Public Security (like, as examples, Manuals on the Constructions of Fire, Chemical, Bacteriological Weapons or Material that, in any way, may Promote Illegal Acts like Terrorism)

It is Strictly Prohibited to use the Service for Fake Sharing Activities (Sharing Corrupt or Empty Files)

Since the Impossibility to Check the Effective Content of a Torrent before it's Complete Download

Since the Impossibility to Determine whether a Copyrighted File (remember that Open Source Programs are still Copyrighted) can be Freely Distributed over the Internet or not.

Since the Impossibility to Constantly Monitor the Torrent available on the Site and to Judge their Content.

Since that PlanetZero Does Not Host any Torrent, but they are all Shared in a Private Form by their Owners.

PlanetZero Declines any Responsibility regarding Torrent Files Contents and the use done by Final Users. But, the Staff are available, by Written Request sent to the email Address webmaster at planetzero dot me, with the Full Reasons and Details (and, in Case of Copyrighted Material, the Name of the Copyright Owner) to "Ban" a Torrent from the Tracker. "Banning" consists in the Impossibility, by Users, to Download a Torrent. Differently from Simple Deletion, Ban Blocks, Future Attempts to Re-upload an Illegal File .

The User Accepts that:

There is an Automated "Keyword" Filter that Prevents Users from Uploading Illegal Files. The Filter is Constantly Updated by the Staff, but it is still Subject to Errors. In the case a Good File is Considered Illegal by the System, we Invite the User to Rename it and Accept our Apologises for the inconvenience.

The above Filter can, upon Written Request, sent via email to webmaster at planetzero dot me and from exclusively the Copyright Owner or his/her Legal Representative, be Updated by the Staff in order to Block a Copyrighted Torrent Upload.

There is a "Log", NOT available to anybody, that keeps a Track of User Actions in order Only to Prevent Illegal Activities such as Paedophilia. The above Log is kept with the most Advanced Security and Cryptography measures at the time by PlanetZero's Privacy Administrator, and Only the Lines regarding an Illegal Torrent may, upon Written Request, be shown to the Authorities, under Law Procedures.
